History Of Our Organization
Wema Volunteers Organization was founded based on Idea of Mr. Shaban Yusuph Mlongakweli, an individual who, despite facing financial and social challenges, achieved outstanding performance in his Ordinary Level Certificate of Education. His personal journey inspired him to support others who aspire to succeed but lack proper guidance and support.
Driven by the desire to help individuals unlock their potential and overcome socio-economic challenges, Mr. Mlongakweli shared his vision with other young people who shared similar goals. Together, they formed a team committed in serving the community and empowering others thus resulted to the Establishment of the organization.
Wema Volunteers Organization was officially established with a focus on four key areas: environment, education, health, and empowerment. The organization aims to provide a platform for individuals and organizations who are willing to volunteer but lack the means or opportunities to do so. Additionally, it seeks to raise awareness about the importance of volunteerism as a tool for creating positive and lasting change within communities.
